Can I pay by Cheque?
We are happy to accept cheques for good purchase on this site but the order will need to be manually processed. Please contact us prior to placing your order with a list of goods you wish to purchase so that we can advise you of the total cost.
What happens if the item I want is out of stock?
If the item you want is unavailable the please contact us, we will do all we can to help you out.
I need my order tomorrow!
If you need your order quickly then please contact us, our standard delivery charges are based on standard parcels / second class postage. Most of the time we can arrange for your order to be dispatched first class but an additional charge may apply.
Are your products tested on animals?
No, we do not belive in testing on animals and we would not supply any products which have been.
Are your payments secure?
Absoloutly, we use Paypal and NOCHEX payments systems to deal with our payments and we do not hold any credit card data on our server or in any of our databases.
